摘要
根据市场化需求进行应用型人力资源管理人才的培养是当前社会的需求。以黄山学院为例,从人力资源管理人才培养的共性和特性问题出发,提出四点建议:(1)进一步转变传统观念,强化市场导向意识;(2)加大校企合作的力度,深化产教融合;(3)优化教学模式,逐层引导并实现项目化实践;(4)促进教师队伍的全面建设。
The cultivation of applied human resource management talents in accordance with the market demand is the current social demand.Taking Huangshan University as an example,starting from the common and featured problems in human resource management personnel training,this paper put forth four suggestions:(1)Further transform traditional concepts and strengthen market-oriented awareness;(2)Enhance the intensity of university-enterprise cooperation and deepen integration in production-teaching;(3)Optimize teaching mode,and implement project-oriented practices step by step;(4)Promote the overall construction of the teaching team.
