平台演进视角下中小外贸企业转型跨境E贸易模式研究——以安徽省为例

Research On the Transformative Cross-border E-Trade Mode of Small and Medium-sized Foreign Trade Enterprises from the Perspective of Platform Evolution:Taking Anhui Province as an example

从平台演进视角分析,跨境E贸易电商模式有利于中小外贸企业解决一般跨境电商业务模式的不足,提升企业国际竞争力,增强企业声誉度和可信度。安徽省跨境电商发展快速,但中小外贸企业转型跨境E贸易电商模式的运行,在企业认知度、平台运营和选择、产品特色等方面受到制约。为此,安徽省中小外贸企业应采取提高认知程度,建立专业化运营体系,优化和选择"差别化"平台运营,以质量和品牌引领电商产品创新,以此推动安徽省中小外贸企业借助跨境E贸易模式成功转型发展。

Based on the perspective of platform evolution,cross-border E trade is beneficial to small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to solve the shortcomings of general cross-border e-commerce business model,enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises,and improve reputation and credibility.Cross-border e-commerce in Anhui Province has developed rapidly.However,in the process of transforming into cross-border E-e-commerce model,small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Anhui Province are constrained in terms of corporate recognition,platform operation and selection,and product characteristics.Therefore,Small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Anhui Province should adopt the develop ways like raising their cognitive level and establishing a professional e-commerce operation system,improving and select"differentiated"platform operation,leading e-commerce product innovation with quality and brand,and so on.Then to realize the successful transformation of cross-border e-commerce development in small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Anhui Province.
