摘要
对铁路车辆转向架构架常用疲劳寿命评估方法 AAR/IIW/BS/ASME标准进行了方法原理和焊接接头S-N曲线参数研究,分别给出了不同评估方法的算法原理和工程技术应用路线过程.利用这四种疲劳寿命评估方法对工程实例某型转向架构架逐一进行了疲劳寿命计算.结果显示:BS标准算出损伤值均超过1是不符合实际的,AAR标准计算损伤值太小也与实际不符,IIW标准和ASME标准计算结果适中,但IIW标准计算结果离散度为47.92%偏大,ASME标准计算结果离散度为1.88%.即可以得出ASME标准比IIW、BS、AAR标准计算结果与疲劳试验结果更接近且一致性更好的结论.
The principle and the welding parameters of S-N curve of joint for the AAR/IIW/BS/ASME standard of the railway vehicle bogie frame were studied,and the principle of the algorithm and engineering application technology route of different assessment methods are presented.Four fatigue life assessment methods are used to calculate the fatigue life of the bogie frame.The results shows that BS standard to calculate the damage value of more than 1 is not consistent with the actual situation,and AAR standard calculation of damage value is smaller and inconsistent with the actual one.The results from IIW standard and ASME standard calculation are moderate,but the discrete degree of 47.92%from IIW standard calculation of is larger,while the degree of dispersion from ASME standard calculation is 1.88.It can be concluded that The ASME standard is better than the IIW,BS and AAR standards to obtain the values close to and consistent with the fatigue test results.
