滤波电抗器支架结构冲击与随机振动疲劳分析 被引量:2

摘要 根据对滤波电抗器支架结构的设计是否满足IEC 61373-2010标准的冲击强度与模拟长寿命随机振动疲劳试验的要求,以及确定该支架结构的焊接质量等级的选取等问题.提出了数值模拟试验技术.首先利用瞬态动力学分析的方法计算该结构的冲击强度,然后利用随机振动的方法获得了标准随机载荷谱作用下结构的疲劳寿命,最后参考EN15085-3标准利用概率统计的方法确定了焊缝的质量要求. Numerical simulation test technology was proposed to verify whether the design of filter reactor support structure meets the requirements of IEC 61373-2010 impact strength and simulation of long-life random vibration fatigue test,as well as to determine the welding quality grade selection of the structure.First,the transient dynamic analysis method was used to calculate the impact strength of the structure.Then the fatigue life of the structure under the standard stochastic load spectrum was obtained through the random vibration method.Finally,the quality requirement of the weld in filter reactor support structure was determined according to EN 15085-3 standard.
