摘要 针对单向运行的高速减速机、泵等旋转轴容易漏油的现象,将轴流泵的吸油原理与减速机输入输出轴出口处的迷宫密封端盖结合在一起,设计一种高速旋转轴新型复合密封结构.运用CFD软件基于非结构网格SIMPLE算法和标准的k-ε湍流模型,通过改变叶轮叶片的安装角度对密封腔内的流场进行数值模拟.结果表明:叶轮的出口区的压力值大于单向运行减速机箱体内或泵内的一个标准大气压.从而避免减速机箱体内或泵内的润滑油渗漏到外界;通过对密封结构内部的压力分布分析,揭示了密封结构内部的流动特性,并为高速旋转轴新型复合密封的优化设计提供了理论参考. Aiming at the oil leaking of the output and input shafts of high speed reducer,a new type of compound sealing structure for the reducer is designed by combining the oil suction principle of axial flow pump with the labyrinth seal end of the input and output shafts of the reducer.Using CFD software based on unstructured grid SIMPLE algorithm and standard turbulence model,the flow field in the seal cavity was numerically simulated by changing the installation angle of the impeller blade.The results show that the pressure in the outlet is greater than a standard atmospheric pressure in the tank.Thus it is prevented that the lubricant in the tank is leaked into the sealing cavity.through the analysis of flow pressure distribution of the sealing internal structure,the flow characteristics of sealing structure is revealed,and the theoretical reference for the optimization design of a high speed reducer composite seal is provided.
