摘要 通过高温固相法制备了Re_xTb_(2-x)Mo_3O_(12)(Re=Eu,Er; x=1%,3%,5%)材料.研究了不同Eu^(3+)、Er^(3+)掺杂浓度对Tb_2(MoO_4)_3发光性能的影响.X射线衍射结果表明:合成样品为纯相,Eu^(3+)、Er^(3+)的掺杂并不改变Tb_2(MoO_4)_3的晶体结构.激发光谱和发射光谱结果表明:随着Eu^(3+)掺杂浓度的增大,Tb_2(MoO_4)_3发光强度提高;随着Er^(3+)掺杂浓度的增大,样品发光强度先增强后减弱,存在浓度猝灭现象.本研究为开发新型发光材料提供了一定的参考. The Re x Tb 2-x Mo 3O 12(Re=Eu,Er;x=1%,3%and 5%)samples were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction.The influence of different doping concentration of Re(Eu,Er)elements on luminescent properties of the Re x Tb 2-x Mo 3O 12 were investigated.X ray diffraction,excitation spectra and emission spectra experiments were performed.It is found that the luminous intensity of Eu x Tb 2-x Mo 3O 12 is increased with the increase of Eu 3+concentration,while the luminous intensity of the Er x Tb 2-x Mo 3O 12 is increased first and then decreased with the increasing Er 3+concentration.The doping of Eu 3+and Er 3+does not change the crystal structure of Tb 2(MoO 4)3.
