基于多层次模糊综合评价法对高校教学质量评价研究

Evaluation of Teaching Quality in Colleges Based on Comprehensive Hierarchical Fuzzy Model

目的针对高校课堂教学质量评价中所面临的实际问题,在探讨多层次模糊综合评价原理的基础上,建立高校课堂教学质量评价指标体系。方法利用层次分析法合理确定各评价指标权重,构建了科学、合理、有效的课堂教学质量多层次模糊综合评价模型。结果该方法能较好地分级界定教学质量的模糊性,较好的解决了权重分配问题,解决了各评价因素之间的一致性和定量化问题,能科学、客观、公正的评价教学者教学质量的优劣。结论合理评价教学质量,了解总体教学水平,制定科学激励机制,促进教学水平整体的提高。

The study is designed to set up an index system to address the hierarchical and fussy problems found in the evaluation practice on classroom teaching.By determining the weight of each index based on hierarchical analysis,a comprehensive multilevel fussy model was established for evaluating the teaching outcomes on an all-around basis.The findings showed that the model is effective to classify the fussiness in evaluation of teaching results and the weight allocation,which is helpful to evaluate the effects of classroom teaching of a certain teacher in a scientific,reliable and reasonable manner.
