摘要 目的汽车凸轮轴分为整体式凸轮轴和分体式凸轮轴。分体式凸轮轴由多个零件单独制造组装而成,零件数量多,加工及组装成本较高。整体式凸轮轴费用较低,但使用可靠性不及分体式式凸轮轴。对于汽车企业,研究一种成本低,可靠性又高的凸轮轴是非常必要的。方法以SQR477汽车发动机凸轮轴为研究对象,以凸轮轴的使用可靠性为基础,分析整体式凸轮轴装配工艺技术,引出并研究局部分体式凸轮轴装配工艺,对二者做了客观比较。结果局部分体式凸轮轴既兼顾了成本又提高了可靠性。结论局部分体式凸轮轴的装配工艺研究为凸轮轴工作可靠性、生产合格率、减少生产及组装费用提供科学依据,使得一直困扰国产汽车的问题得到解决。 Objective Automobile camshafts can be divided into one-piece camshafts and split camshafts.Assembled by multiple independent parts,split camshafts are thus much costlier in terms of processing and assembly.One-piece camshafts,though being less costly,are no match of split camshafts in terms of reliability.Therefore,to develop a low-cost,highly-reliable camshaft has become imperative of auto enterprises.Methods Camshafts of the SQR477 automobile engine were adopted as research objects.Then,the one-piece camshaft assembly technology was studied from the perspective of use reliability of camshafts.After that,the partially split camshaft assembly technology was introduced to compare with the one-piece camshaft assembly technology.Results The partially split camshafts were competitive both in terms of cost and reliability.Conclusion Assembly technology of the partially split camshafts can provide scientific basis for improvement of reliability,percent of pass,and reduction of production and assembly fees of camshafts,helping address the problem which has long beset Chinese auto manufacturers.
