完善吉林西部民营企业管理人才能力的培养模式

摘要 当前吉林西部地区民营企业面临人才管理模式不合理、不重视企业文化建设、缺乏人文关怀等问题,解决此类问题,提出吉林西部民营企业人才培养模式的措施,对于解决吉林西部民营企业人才缺失、人才流失问题,提高企业的生产力和经济效益,优化区域经济协调发展以及发展社会主义市场经济有引导性意义和正向性功能. The key issue is that how to retain excellent employees,how to optimize the allocation of talent resources of private enterprises,so that the ability of employees can be maximized.In the private enterprises of Jilin Province,there are problems such as unreasonable talent management model,lack of attention to enterprise culture construction,lack of humanistic care,etc.To solve such problems,we proposed measures to improve the personnel training model of private enterprises in Western Jilin.This will play a very important role in solving the problem of missing talents and brain drain of private enterprises in Western Jilin,improving the productivity and economic benefits of enterprises,optimizing the coordinated development of the regional economy,and developing the socialist market economy.
