摘要
职业教育在扶贫工作中扮演着重要角色,基于新时代对扶贫工作提出的新要求和职业教育的自身特性,职业教育扶贫须坚持公平与效率相统一、个人价值与社会价值相统一、短期效果与可持续发展相统一的价值取向。需要保持谨慎的是,在职业教育扶贫过程中还存在着主体动力不足、与市场需求连接不紧密、监督评价不到位等问题阻碍着上述价值取向的实现。但值得乐观的是,以当前的政策导向、研究进展和信息技术发展程度为依据,不难预见职业教育扶贫将向着主体多元化、方式跨界化、管理智能化的方向发展。
Vocational education plays an important role in poverty alleviation.According to the new requirements of poverty alleviation in the new era and the characteristics of vocational education,using vocational education for poverty alleviation must adhere to the value orientation of fairness and efficiency,individual value and social value,short-term effect and sustainable development.What needs to be kept cautious is that in the process of proceeding vocational education for poverty alleviation,there are still some problems,such as lack of subjects'motivation,insufficient connection with market demand,and inadequate supervision and evaluation,which hinder the realization of the value orientation.However,the optimistic factor is that based on the current policy orientation,research progress and the development of information technology,it is not difficult to foresee that the vocational education for poverty alleviation will develop towards the direction of diversification of subjects,crossover of methods and intelligent management.
