摘要
分析了黄浦江上游供水区域水厂的抗生素现状,评估了现有工艺对抗生素的处理效果,初步评价了出厂水中抗生素的健康风险。研究显示,水厂原水中抗生素总浓度为67.26~276.87 ng/L,深度处理对抗生素的总体去除率为79.3%~99.2%,出厂水中残留抗生素总浓度为0.18~33.04ng/L,主要种类为氯霉素类和磺胺类,其中氟甲砜霉素在出厂水中检出频率和浓度最大,最高浓度为18.11 ng/L;不同工艺段中,臭氧氧化和生物活性炭对抗生素的去除作用相对较高,均在30%左右;对不同抗生素而言,氯霉素类的去除效果较差,其他种类去除率在85.3%~100%。健康风险分析显示,水厂出厂水中抗生素均不存在直接的健康危害。氯霉素类,尤其是氟甲砜霉素值得进一步关注。
Distribution and removal of antibiotics in the water treatment progresses of the Huangpu River water supply area were studied as well as their health risk. Results showed that, concentrations of antibiotics were 67.26~276.87 ng/L and 0.18~33.04 ng/L in the raw and finished drinking water, respectively. The removal rates of antibiotics during the advanced drinking water treatment progress ranged from 79.3%~99.2%, ozonation and biological activated carbon exhibited better removal effect on antibiotics. Chloramphenicols and sulfonamides were the main antibiotics in the finished water. The highest concentration was 18.11 ng/L of floifenicol, which had lower removal rate compared to the other antibiotics. No health risk was found for the detected antibiotics in drinking water.
