市政供排水管网系统在城市日常运行和生产生活中发挥重要作用,而国内城市的快速发展进程也对供排水系统的运营和管理提出了更高的要求。从供排水一体化执行主体的角度出发,立足于实际运营中的切实需求,分析了建设供排水信息一体化管理平台的目标,提出了系统建设的基本思路、整体架构和功能设计,并介绍了系统的特点和解决的问题。

The municipal water supply and drainage system plays an important role in city management. The rapid development of cities in China also puts forward higher requirements for the operation and management of water supply and drainage systems. This article is based on the actual needs of daily operations of integrated water supply and drainage systems. It analyzes the objectives of the integrated water supply and drainage information management platform and proposes the basic ideas, overall structure and functional design of the platform and features of the system and problems solved are described.
