基于FMEA的金山店铁矿主溜井堵塞故障风险分析 被引量:2

摘要 密实结拱、大块挤压、粉矿粘结是金山店铁矿主溜井放矿过程中常见的3类堵塞故障。为探究不同类型堵塞故障发生时各自风险程度的高低,确定各类堵塞故障治理及改进的优先序列,采用失效模式及影响分析(FMEA)法建立金山店铁矿主溜井堵塞故障树模型,运用熵值法确定故障发生频度(O)、严重度(S)和可探测度(D) 3个指标参数各自的权重,计算并分析主溜井各类堵塞故障的风险优先数(RPN)。研究结果表明,密实结拱型堵塞故障的风险优先数最大,风险程度最高,是金山店铁矿主溜井主要的故障类型;应优先加强密实结拱型堵塞故障的防治处理,以有效降低该类故障对矿山正常生产的影响。 Dense knot arch,large blocks,and powder ore are the three main types of jam faults during or-drawing in the main ore-pass of Jin Shandian Iron mine.To explore the respective level of risk when different types of jam faults occur and to determine the management and improvement priority sequence of each type of jam faults,the fault tree model of the main ore-pass was established by FMEA method.The entropy method was used to determine the respective weights of the three indicators of occurrence frequency(O),severity(S)and detectability(D),and the risk priority number(RPN)of these jam faults in the main ore-pass was calculated and analyzed.Results showed that the RPN of the dense knot arch fault was the largest,and the risk level was also the largest,which was the main type fault of the main ore-pass.To reduce the impact of this fault on mine normal production effectively,the mine should strengthen the prevention and treatment of this fault preferentially.
