摘要 为保障液化天然气(LNG)工厂的安全生产、储存和运输,科学的危险源评估方法和安全管理措施研究具有重要意义。应用安全系统工程和层次分析方法(AHP),以人—机—环境—管理4个方面为准则层,对准则层进一步细化为评估指标层,借助Mtalab计算各指标的权重;建立基于中心点三角白化权函数的AHP-灰色聚类模型,计算各评估指标的灰色聚类系数,确定各准则层所属灰类,对LNG工厂火灾爆炸事故做定性及定量分析,从而科学准确地评估LNG工厂火灾爆炸危险源,明确安全生产管理工作中的薄弱环节。 To ensure safe production,storage and transportation of LNG plants,scientific hazard assessment methodology and safety management measures study are important.Application of safety system engineering and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Based on human-machine-environment management,the four aspects are the criterion layer.Further refinement of the guideline layer for the assessment of indicators,weight of each index is calculated by means of Mtalab.The AHP-gray clustering model based on the central point triangle whitening weight function is established.The grey clustering coefficient of each evaluation index is calculated,and the gray class of each criterion layer is determined.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fire and explosion accidents of LNG factory is carried out,so that it is scientific and accurate.Evaluate the source of fire and explosion hazards in LNG plants and identify the weak links in safety production management.
