摘要
针对自升式平台锁紧装置受力复杂的问题,通过对标准齿距的锁紧齿条的受力分析,得到了锁紧齿条上各个齿牙的载荷分布规律,结合变形协调方程和螺纹受力改善措施对锁紧齿条的齿距进行优化和调整,并通过有限元模型进行验证。验证结果表明:优化调整后受力情况得到改善。
For jack-up platform locking device stress complex problems,based on the standard pitch lock the force analysis of the rack,combined with the deformation coordination equation and thread force improvement measures to lock the pitch of the rack is optimized and adjusted,and is verified by the finite element model.The results show that the force condition is improved after optimization and adjustment.
