摘要
复合型人才培养是外语教学领域的重要研究课题。随着"一带一路"倡议得到国际社会的广泛响应,国家对专门从事"一带一路"沿线区域与国别研究的人才需求不断加大,培养"俄语+区域学"的复合型区域国别人才显得尤为迫切。作为一门具有跨学科性质的新专业,区域学在俄罗斯的发展已有十余年历史,主要包括国外区域学和俄罗斯区域学两个方向。其中,国外区域学课程人文特征浓厚、专业取向明晰。本文拟借鉴俄罗斯高校国外区域学方向的人才培养经验,就国内高校俄语专业进行复合型区域国别人才培养问题,针对整合高年级课程、建立模块化区域学课程群、建设国际化师资队伍、撰写区域问题专业教材等提出可行性建议。
Compound talents training has become an important research subject in foreign language teaching field. With the implementation of the " One Belt and One Road" initiative, the country’s demand for talents specializing in regional and national research along the “One Belt and One Road” is increasing. Thus it seems particularly urgent to cultivate “Russian + Regional Studies” comprehensive regional national talents. As a new interdisciplinary study, Russian regionalism has a history of more than 10 years. It mainly includes two directions: Foreign regional study and Russian regional study, during which foreign regional study course is of strong humanistic characteristics and professional orientation. This article is designed to draw on lessons of foreign experience to provide feasible suggestions on the cultivation of Russian major compound regional national talents, including integration of high grade curriculum, establishment of modular regional curriculum group, construction of international teachers, and writing of professional teaching materials for regional problems.
