糖尿病是一种由于胰岛素分泌不足或外周组织对胰岛素不敏感引起以持续的高血糖状态为特征的代谢性疾病。当单纯生活方式干预不能使血糖控制达标时,即需要开始药物治疗。就目前形势而言,除胰岛素外口服降糖药物的发展相当迅速,新药也是层出不穷,我们将结合此类治疗药物的药理作用分类,来了解目前口服降糖药的应用情况并介绍其研究进展。

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by a persistent hyperglycemic state due to inadequate insulin secretion or peripheral insulin sensitivity.When lifestyle intervention alone does not allow glycemic control to be achieved,medications need to be started.As far as the current situation is concerned,oral hypoglycemic drugs except insulin have been rapidly developed and new drugs are emerging one after another.We will combine the classification of pharmacological effects of these therapeutic drugs to understand the current application of oral hypoglycemic drugs and introduce their research progress.
