民族地区“互联网+”精准扶贫模式研究——以广西为例

Research on the Mode of "Internet +" Targeted Poverty Alleviationin Ethnic Areas——Taking Guangxi as Example

民族地区脱贫是国家"十三五"脱贫攻坚的主要内容之一,民族地区开展扶贫工作要根据具体贫困原因实施扶贫对策,保证扶贫的精准性和有效性。通过构建"互联网+"精准扶贫模式,为民族地区开展精准扶贫工作提供了新思路。但由于地理条件恶劣、公共基础设施不完善、专业技术人才缺乏等因素影响,"互联网+"精准扶贫模式受到了严重的制约。选取广西为例进行实证分析,针对民族地区面临的实际困境提出相应对策。

Poverty alleviation in ethnic areas is the main content of poverty alleviation in the thirteenth five-year plan.Poverty alleviation work in ethnic areas should be carried out according to specific poverty causes,ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of poverty alleviation. By constructing the "Internet+" targeted measures in poverty alleviation model,providing a new way to make targeted measures in poverty alleviation in ethnic areas. However,because of the poor geographical conditions,imperfect public infrastructure,lack of professional and technical personnel and other factors,the model of "Internet+" targeted measures in poverty alleviation has been severely restricted. Taking Guangxi as an example for empirical analysis and putting forward corresponding countermeasures for practical difficulties in ethnic areas.
