摘要 利用桉树木屑和玉米芯进行平菇栽培试验,探讨不同的配方培养基对平菇菌丝及产量和经济效益的影响。结果表明,桉树木屑可以作为主料进行平菇栽培。菌丝生长最快的是配方3(桉木屑90%+麦麸10%)和配方7(玉米芯80%+麦麸20%)。产量最高的是配方4(桉木屑60%+玉米芯20%+麦麸20%)。毛利润最高的是配方4(桉木屑60%+玉米芯20%+麦麸20%),1kg培养料可产生毛利4.11元。投入产出比最高的是配方3,达1∶7.06。 the experiment of applying eucalyptus saw dust and corncob to plant oyster mushroom was used to investigate the impact of different formula medium on oyster mushroom mycelium and yield,and the economic benefits of different formulas on plantation. The conclusion indicated that eucalyptus saw dust could be used as main ingredient for oyster mushroom plantation. The formula 3 (eucalyptus saw dust 90%+ wheat bran 10%) and formula (corncob 80%+ wheat bran 10%) 7 were used to grow oyster mushroom fastest. The highest yield was from formula 4 (eucalyptus saw dust 60%+ corncob 20%+wheat bran 20%). The highest gross profit was from formula 4 (eucalyptus saw dust 60%+ corncob 20%+wheat bran 20%).1kg of substrate can produce gross profit of 4.11CNY. The highest input-output ratio was from formula 3,which was up to 1∶7.06.
