摘要 卵巢储备功能(ovarian reserve)是指卵巢内存留卵泡的数量和质量,反映女性的生殖能力[1]。卵巢可募集的卵泡数过低,卵泡细胞质量下降,导致不能受孕,称为卵巢储备功能低下(decline in ovarian re-serve,DOR)[2]。DOR如不及时治疗,可导致卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)发生[3]。
