摘要
本研究以大豆油料理化指标检测规范、准确、高效为目标,从样品的扦取、分装保存,大豆控制指标分析及检测小样的制备,检测方法的选择与确认,检测人员的要求,仪器、试剂及耗材的使用以及环境条件的控制等方面分析了大豆检测中的质量控制方法,建立健全实验室质量控制程序,保证大豆油料检测结果的准确性和可靠性。
In order to make edible soybean oilseed physical and chemical index detection process more standardized, accurate and efficient, this study analyzed the soybean quality control methods. It includes sample sampling, packaging preservation, soybean control index analysis and preparation of test samples, selection and confirmation of test methods, requirements of testers, use of instruments, reagents and consumables, and control of environmental conditions, etc. Finally, establish a sound laboratory quality control program to ensure the accuracy and reliability of soybean oilseed test results.
