摘要 地膜覆盖种植技术已经广泛应用于农业生产,能够提高农产品的产量和质量,促进了农业高效发展,但土壤中残膜含量急剧增加,破坏了农业可持续发展。目前残膜回收设备存在工作不可靠、残膜容易缠绕机械部件、捡拾残膜不彻底、回收成本高等问题,残膜回收装备的种类约为100种,但技术不成熟、与农业生产不配套。本文归纳了有关残膜捡拾机构的研究内容,概括了残膜回收技术的研究方法,分析了残膜回收技术的发展现状和存在的问题,以期为新型残膜回收机的研制提供理论基础。 The plastic film mulching cultivation technology has been widely used in agricultural production, improve the production and quality of agricultural products, promote the efficient development of agriculture, but the residual film content in soil increased dramatically, destroyed the agricultural sustainable development. The residual film recycling equipment is not reliable, work and film easy winding mechanical parts, collecting residual film is not completely, recovery cost is high, about 100 of different species of residual film recycling equipment, but technology is not mature, and do not form a complete set of agricultural production. This paper summarizes the studies of residual film collector and the content, summed up the approach to the study of residual film recovery technology, analyzes the residual film recovery technology development present situation and existing problems, and for the development of the new type of residual film recycling machine to provide theoretical basis.
