Allgower-Donati缝合在跟骨骨折手术中的应用

Application effect of Allgower-Donati suture in the treatment of calcaneal fractures

目的:探讨Allgower-Donati缝合在跟骨骨折手术切口缝合时的临床效果。方法:选择50例跟骨骨折病人,行跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术,按入院顺序随机分为2组,对照组26例采用垂直褥式缝合切口,观察组24例采用Allgower-Donati缝合切口,观察术后3个月临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后临床疗效优良率为91. 67%,高于对照组的65. 38%(P <0. 05)。观察组手术切口并发症发生率为4. 17%,低于对照组的30. 77%(P <0. 05)。结论:Allgower-Donati缝合法应用于跟骨骨折切口缝合时,操作简单,可有效地保护皮瓣血供,减少手术切口坏死、感染等并发症,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Donati-Allgower method in suturing the calcaneal fracture incision.Methods: Fifty calcaneal fracture patients treated with open reduction and internal fixation were randomly divided into the observation group( 24 cases) and control group( 26 cases) according to the admission order. The observation group were treated with AllgowerDonati method suturing incision,and the control group were treated with vertical mattress method suturing incision. The clinical curative effect and wound healing in two groups were observed after 3 months of surgery. Results: The excellent and good rate in observation group( 91. 67%) was higher than that in control group( 65. 38%)( P < 0. 05),and the incidence rate of incision complication in observation group( 4. 17%) was lower than that in control group( 30. 77%)( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The Allgower-Donati suture technique in suturing calcaneal fracture incision is simple operation,which can effectively protect the blood supply of flap,reduce the surgical incision necrosis and infection,and is worthy of clinical application.
