冻融周期中优质卵裂期双胚移植与选择性单囊胚移植的早期妊娠结局比较 被引量:2

Comparison of early pregnancy outcomes of double high quality cleavage embryos and elective single blastocyst in the frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles

摘要 目的比较在胚胎冻融移植(FET)周期中优质卵裂期双胚移植(DET)和选择性单囊胚移植(e SBT)的早期妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年6月河南省人民医院生殖医院1 803例行FET助孕的患者资料,依据移植胚胎数目和胚胎发育天数分为DET组(1 039例)和e SBT组(764例)。比较两组患者的临床妊娠率、着床率、多胎妊娠率、异位妊娠率和早期流产率。结果两组患者临床妊娠率、早期流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。e SBT组着床率高于DET组,e SBT组多胎妊娠率和异位妊娠率均低于DET组,差异有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论在FET周期中,优质卵裂期DET与e SBT均能够得到较满意的妊娠率,但e SBT有较高的胚胎着床率,且e SBT的多胎妊娠率和异位妊娠率较低。 Objective To compare early pregnancy outcomes of double high quality cleavage embryos transfer(DET)and elective single blastocyst transfer(eSBT)in the frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles.Methods The data of 1 803 cases of FET-assisted pregnancy cycles from January of 2017 to June of 2018 in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the number and developmental stage of embryo transfer,they were divided into DET group(1 039 cases)and eSBT group(764 cases).The clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate,multiple pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate,and early abortion rate were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The implantation rate in eSBT group was higher than that DET group,and the multiple pregnancy rate and ectopic pregnancy rate in eSBT group were lower than those in DET group,while the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In FET cycles,a satisfactory clinical pregnancy rate can be obtained in both DET and eSBT,but eSBT has a higher embryo implantation rate,and the multiple pregnancy rate and ectopic pregnancy rate are lower.
