硝苯地平联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压综合征结局的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析硝苯地平联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压综合征(PIH)血压控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2015年1月~2017年1月收治的PIH患者106例,按治疗药物不同分研究组和对照组各53例。对照组行硫酸镁治疗,研究组行硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗,比对两组治疗效果。结果研究组DBP低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组早产率高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗PIH,可改善妊娠结局,疗效好。
