非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中MAGE-D4抗体的表达及意义

Expression and significance of MAGE-D4 antibody in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨MAGE-D4抗体在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清中的表达,分析其作为检测标志物对诊断NSCLC的可行性。方法采用ELISA检测50名非小细胞肺癌患者,20例BLD(肺良性疾病)患者及20例健康人外周血中MAGE-D4抗体的表达。结果 NSCLC患者外周血MAGE-D4抗体的表达显著高于BLD患者和健康人,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);BLD患者MAGE-D4抗体表达略高于健康人,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NSCLC患者外周血MAGE-D4抗体的高表达与NSCLC的发生发展密切相关,对NSCLC的诊疗具有重要价值,抗MAGE-D4抗体有望成为NSCLC免疫诊断的候选靶点。

To investigate the expression of MAGE-D4 antibody in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and analyze the feasibility of MAGE-D4 as a detection marker in the diagnosis of NSCLC.Methods ELISA was used to detect the expression of MAGE-D4 antibody in peripheral blood of 50 patients with non-small cell lung cancer,20 patients with BLD and 20 healthy people.Results The expression of MAGE-D4 antibody in peripheral blood of NSCLC patients was significantly higher than that of BLD patients and healthy people,and there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05).The expression of MAGE-D4 antibody in BLD patients was slightly higher than that of healthy people,but there were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).Conclusion The high expression of MAGE-D4 antibody in peripheral blood of patients with NSCLC is closely related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC.It has important value in the diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC.Anti-MAGE-D4 antibody is expected to be a candidate target for immunodiagnosis of NSCLC.
