克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠期真菌性阴道炎的临床价值

To investigate the clinical value of clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of fungal vaginitis during pregnancy

目的探讨克霉唑阴道片在妊娠期真菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用效果及临床价值。方法选取2015年4月～2018年1月于我院就诊的妊娠期真菌性阴道炎患者86例,随机分为观察组(43例)与对照组(43例),对照组给予制霉菌素片治疗,观察组给予克霉唑阴道片治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率93.02%显著高于对照组的72.09%,复发率4.65%显著低于对照组的13.95%(P <0.05)。观察组患者的不良妊娠率为13.95%,新生儿娩出并发症率为9.30%,显著低于对照组的27.91%和20.93%(P <0.05)。结论克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠期真菌性阴道炎可有效改善患者的妊娠结局,减少新生儿并发症,临床疗效良好,复发率低。

Objective To explore the effect of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets in the treatment of fungal vaginitis during pregnancy.Methods 86 cases of fungal vaginitis in pregnancy during April 2015 to 2018 January in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group(43 case) and the control group(43 case),the control group was treated with Nystatin Tablets,the observation group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02% significantly higher than that of the control group(72.09%),and the recurrence rate of 4.65% was significantly lower than that of the control group(13.95%)(x2=5.127,P=0.023).The adverse pregnancy rate of the observation group was 13.95%,the complication rate of the birth of the newborn was 9.30%,which was significantly lower than the adverse pregnancy rate in the control group,27.91% and 20.93%(χ^2=5.888/5.271,P=0.015/0.022).Conclusion The Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets therapy can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome of the patients with fungal vaginitis in pregnancy,reduce the complications of the newborn,the clinical effect is good,low recurrence rate.
