摘要
目的探讨将住院总护士工作模式引入新护士夜班准入培训中的应用效果。方法将2014~2015年入职新护士30人设为对照组,采用常规夜班护士准入培训模式;将2016~2017年入职新护士30人设为研究组,在常规夜班护士准入培训模式基础上应用住院总护士工作模式,比较两组护士临床实际工作能力、自我能力评价、护理操作数量、同事满意度。结果研究组护士各项评价指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护士通过住院总护士工作模式培训,能尽快胜任夜班工作,保证夜间的护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of introducing the working mode of chief hospital nurse into night shift admission training for new nurses.Methods Thirty new nurses from 2014 to 2015 were selected as the control group,and the routine night shift nurse admission training mode was adopted.The study group consisted of 30 new nurses from 2016 to 2017 and applied the working mode of chief nurses in hospital on the basis of the routine night shift nurse admission training mode.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical practical work ability,self-evaluation ability,nursing operation quantity and colleagues' satisfaction.Results The evaluation indexes of nurses in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Nurses can be competent for night work as soon as possible and ensure the quality and safety of nursing at night through the training of chief nurses in hospital.
