平顶山市农村劳动力转移的现状、问题及对策研究

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Labor Force Transfer in Pingdingshan City

我国是一个农业大国,农业人口在总人口中占了很大的比重,2018年中央一号文件中也明确提出有关农业、农民如何发展的问题。本文的研究对象为河南省平顶山市农村劳动力的转移,因为农村劳动力是支撑一个地方发展的主要动力,解决农村劳动力的转移问题关系地区的稳定和社会的发展。本文对平顶山市农村劳动力转移的现状和存在的问题进行研究,提出解决农村劳动力转移问题的相关对策。

China is a large agricultural country,and the agricultural population accounts for a large proportion of the total population.In the No.1 document of the Central Committee in 2018,the issue of how to develop agriculture and farmers was clearly raised.The object of this paper is the transfer of rural labor force in Pingdingshan City,Henan Province,because agricultural labor force is the main driving force to support a local development,solving the transfer of rural labor force is related to regional stability and social development.Therefore,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of rural labor force transfer in Pingdingshan City,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to help solve the problem of rural labor force.
