摘要
在评价企业吸收能力是否足以支撑企业成功转移所需外部知识时,应结合知识吸收和转移具体情形关注吸收能力的影响因素。对4家国际并购案例企业知识转移过程进行对比分析。结果显示,在国际并购整合不同阶段,知识转移条件不同,知识转移的关键和重点也有差异。因此评价国际并购企业跨文化吸收能力应根据并购整合的不同阶段构建不同指标。基于对4个案例不同阶段知识转移关键和重点的探索,提炼国际并购整合不同阶段知识转移对企业跨文化吸收能力的具体要求,并据此构建各阶段评价指标,通过4家案例企业进行实证评价。最后,根据评价结果提出相关启示和建议。
Evaluating whether the absorptive capacity(AC)is enough for one enterprise to acquire the external knowledge,managers should pay attention to the factors affecting absorptive capacity,as well as those specific conditions for knowledge transfer.The knowledge transfer process of four international M&A cases explains that challenges are different for knowledge transfer in different stages of integration,so there should be different indicators to evaluate AC of enterprises.The paper extracts the specific requirements of successful knowledge transfer in different stages from these four cases.Based on the requirements,this paper constructed the evaluation indicators system for each stage of international M&A.
