摘要
高校教师职称评审牵涉教育系统内部与外部的主次关系、教育系统内部灵活性与统一性的辩证关系、教育系统内部统一性范畴中量化与非量化的矛盾关系等层层深入的三重关系。系统思考三重关系处理中遇到的问题,有助于完善高校教师职称评审制度。也只有处理好这三重关系,才能真正发挥高校教师职称评审对教师专业发展的积极引领作用。
There are three relations of teachers’professional title evaluation in universities.Firstly,it is about the primary or secondary relation between the internal part and external part of education;secondly,it is about the dialectical connection between flexibility and unity;thirdly,it is about the complicated relationship between the measurable way or not.Considering the problems of treatment of triple relationship systematically is helpful to improve universities’professional title evaluation system.Only through a well treatment of the triple relationship,the system will play a positive leading role in the professional development of teachers.
