摘要
在教育部关于高校专业评估的形势下,为适应社会用人需求,各高校应依托自身的优势和背景,倡导"开放办学"理念,加强校校、校企、高校与政府联合育人模式,建设有特色的多学科交叉融合的食品质量与安全专业。在探索食品质量与安全专业的人才培养模式方面取得一定进展。事实证明多学科交叉融合的人才培养模式是行之有效的。
Under the situation that ministry of education evaluates about college majors in order to adapt to the needs of social employment,"open school"concept is advocated relying on the advantages and background of universities.We strengthen the model of joint education among schools,enterprises,universities and the government,construct a distinctive multi-disciplinary integration of food quality and safety profession.Some progress has been made in exploring the talent training mode of food quality and safety specialty,which proves that the talent training mode of interdisciplinary integration is effective.
