我国公民参与社区治理:现状、问题与对策

Citizen Participation in Community Governance: Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures

近年来,随着我国经济和社会的变化,公民参与城市社区治理这一新型社会治理形式越发受到人们关注。但是实践过程中出现了相关参与制度不足,公民对于社区自治组织认同度较低,参与热情不高等一系列问题。现阶段,针对这些问题,单纯依靠政府引导是行不通的,还必须通过培养公民参与意识,健全公民参与制度,实现公民参与组织化,使人民群众参与到城市社区治理中来。

In recent years,with the changes of China's economy and society,the new form of social governance in which citizens participate in urban community governance has attracted more and more attention.However,in the process of practice,there are a series of problems such as insufficient participation system,low recognition of community self-governing organizations,and low participation enthusiasm.At this stage,it is impractical to rely solely on government guidance for these problems.It is also necessary to cultivate a citizen participation awareness,improve the citizen participation system,and achieve citizen participation in the organization so that the people can participate in urban community governance.
