特色小城镇与美丽乡村建设是实现乡村振兴这一宏观目标的两大核心策略。该文通过对特色小城镇及美丽乡村的发展历程进行梳理,分别从目标的统一性、空间一体性及发展协调性等对两者之间的协同关系进行阐述,以此提出以统筹小城镇与乡村协同发展为目标,分别从村镇体系新形式、产业发展新思路及公共服务新标准等方面,为特色小城镇与美丽乡村的共创共建提供发展方向。

For the strategy of rural revitalization,the construction of distinctive small towns and beautiful countryside is the key to realize this macro goal.Based on the development history of distinctive small towns and beautiful countryside,the synergies between the two is elaborated from goals uniformity,spatial continuity and developmental coordination,and the goal of small towns and countryside to develop in a coordinated way is proposed,providing a development direction for the co-construction of distinctive small towns and beautiful countryside from the aspects of innovative forms of township systems,new thoughts for industrial development and new standards for service systems.
