加味半夏白术天麻汤联合血栓通冻干粉治疗椎基底动脉供血不足临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察加味半夏白术天麻汤联合血栓通冻干粉治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床效果。方法:选取椎基底动脉供血不足患者100例,随机分为两组各50例,对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上,加用加味半夏白术天麻汤联合血栓通冻干粉治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分情况。结果:治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率74.0%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后两组患者证候积分均降低,但治疗组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:加味半夏白术天麻汤联合血栓通冻干粉治疗椎基底动脉供血不足能显著提高西药常规治疗的临床疗效。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Xueshuantong lyophilized powder on vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods:100 cases of selected patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Xueshuantong lyophilized powder on the basis of conventional western medicine. The clinical effects of patients in two groups and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,while the total effective rate of control group was 74%,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, TCM syndrome scores of patients in both groups were lowered; however,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction with Xueshuantong lyophilized powder can significantly enhance the clinical effect of treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
