中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

目的:观察当归芍药散加味在非酒精性脂肪肝治疗中的临床效果与安全性。方法:将100例非酒精性脂肪肝患者采用平行随机抽样法将其分为两组各50例,对照组给予还原型谷胱甘肽联合二甲双胍治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予当归芍药散加味治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果,并记录两组治疗前后肝功能变化情况。结果:(1)治疗组临床总有效率为90%,对照组临床总有效率为74%,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);(2)治疗后,治疗组与对照组的肝功能各项指标均明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:当归芍药散加味在非酒精性脂肪肝治疗中临床效果确切,患者的肝功能得到明显恢复,而且与常规西药治疗比较无明确不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of modified Danggui Shaoyao powder on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods:100 cases of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each geoup.The control group was treated with reduced glutathione combined with metformin,while the treatment group was treated with modified Danggui Shaoyao powder on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of two groups were compared,and the changes of liver function before and after treatment in two groups were recorded.Results:The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,while the clinical total effective rate of control group was 74%; the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment,the various indexes of liver function of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Danggui Shaoyao powder on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is definite. The liver function of patients can be improved significantly. Moreover, compared with conventional western medicine,there are not obvious adverse reactions.
