泄浊除痹汤结合西药治疗痛风性关节炎疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction with western medicine on gouty arthritis

目的:观察泄浊除痹汤结合西药对痛风性关节炎患者炎性因子及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选择我院确诊的痛风性关节炎患者60例,采用数字表法分为两组各30例,对照组采用布洛芬缓释片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用泄浊除痹汤治疗,评估比较两组治疗前后炎性指标及疼痛评分。结果:治疗组总有效率比对照组明显更高(P﹤0.05);治疗后治疗组ESR和CRP水平均比对照组明显降低(P﹤0.05);两组治疗前的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分对比无显著差异(P﹥0.05),治疗后治疗组比对照组评分显著降低(P﹤0.05)。结论:泄浊除痹汤结合西药治疗痛风性关节炎能够有效改善炎性因子,减轻患者疼痛程度。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction combined with western medicine on inflammatory factors and pain degree of patients with gouty arthritis. Methods:60 cases of selected patients with gouty arthritis,who were diagnosed in our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each geoup.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained release tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Xiezhuo Chubi decoction on the basis of control group. Inflammatory indexes and pain scores before and after treatment were compared and evaluated in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of ESR and CRP in treatment group were averagely significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05). The scores of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)before treatment were compared between two groups,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: In treatment of gouty arthritis,Xiezhuo Chubi decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve inflammatory factors,and reduce the pain degree of patients.
