中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎相关黄疸疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on icterus related to chronic hepatitis B

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤合生脉散加减联合前列地尔治疗慢性乙型肝炎相关黄疸的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性乙型肝炎相关黄疸患者50例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成两组各25例;对照组采用前列地尔注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用血府逐瘀汤合生脉散加减治疗;观察两组患者的临床治疗效果;统计两组患者治疗前后血清总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的含量。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05;治疗后,两组患者血清中TBil、DBil、ALT及AST含量均较治疗前有显著降低,P<0.05;且与对照组相比,治疗组患者血清中TBil、DBil、ALT及AST含量均有显著降低,P<0.05。结论:慢性乙型肝炎相关黄疸采用血府逐瘀汤合生脉散加减联合前列地尔治疗,能够显著提高临床疗效,并促进患者肝脏功能的恢复。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and modified Shengmaisan combined with alprostadil on icterus related to chronic hepatitis B. Methods:50 cases of selected patients with icterus related to chronic hepatitis B were taken as researched objects,and randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprostadil injection,while the treatment group was treated plus with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and modified Shengmaisan on the basis of control group. The clinical effects of patients in two groups were observed.The contents of serum total bilirubin(TBil),direct bilirubin(DBil), alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)of patients in two groups were statistically counted before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment,the contents of TBil,DBil, ALT and AST in serum of patients in two groups were all significantly lowered,(P < 0.05),and the contents of TBil,DBil,ALT and AST in serum of patients in the treatment groups were all significantly lower than that in the control group,P < 0.05. Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and modified Shengmaisan combined with alprostadil are used for treatment of icterus related to chronic hepatitis B,which can significantly improve the clinical effect, and promote the recovery of liver function of patients.
