宣痹汤对类风湿关节炎大鼠血清炎性因子和免疫球蛋白的影响

Effect of Xuanbi decoction on inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin in serum of rat with rheumatoid arthritis

目的:研究不同剂量的宣痹汤对类风湿关节炎大鼠血清炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2和IL-17)和免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG和IgM)的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:48只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、甲氨蝶呤组、宣痹汤大、中、小剂量组。除空白组和模型组外,各组大鼠造模当天灌胃给药1次/日,连续28日。观察大鼠关节肿胀程度、关节炎指数、血清炎性因子和免疫球蛋白的水平。结果:与甲氨蝶呤组比较,用药14、21、28天,宣痹汤大、中、小剂量组关节肿胀度、关节炎指数、血清炎性因子和免疫球蛋白无明显差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:宣痹汤可有效改善RA大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-17、Ig A、Ig G和Ig M的水平。

Objective:To research the effect of different doses of Xuanbi decoction on inflammatory factors (TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-2,IL-17)and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,and IgM)in serum of rat with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and to explore its mechanism. Methods:48 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group,methotrexate group(0.002g kg-1),Xuanbi decoction group(2.4g kg-1),Xuanbi decoction group(1.6g kg-1)and Xuanbi decoction group(0.8g kg-1). Except the blank group and model group,the rats in other groups were administered by gavage one time a day on the day of modeling,continuously for 28 days.The levels of arthrocele degree,arthritis indexes,inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin in serum were observed in the rats.Results: Compared with methotrexate group,after 14,21 and 28 days of administration,arthrocele degree,arthritis indexes,inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin in serum were without significant difference in Xuanbi decoction group(2.4g kg-1)and Xuanbi decoction group(1.6g kg-1)(P>0.05). Conclusion:Xuanbi decoction can effectively improve the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-2,IL-17,IgA,IgG,and IgM in serum of RA rats.
