石油的精细化开采是一大工程难题,为了提高石油的开采率,文章设计了一种桥式配水器,其核心功能是通过调整密封盘的角度,使其在防反转的作用力下,固定在主体的卡槽处,从而实现108桥式配水器的保压工作。经测试表明,这种配水器的保压效果达到了设计要求,其优点是能精细化分层注水,提高石油的开采量。

The refined exploitation of petroleum is a big engineering problem.In order to improve the exploitation rate of petroleum,this paper designs a kind of bridge water distributor,whose core function is to adjust the angle of the sealing disk and make it fixed at the slot of the main body under the action of anti-inversion force,thereby realizing the pressure-retaining work of the 108 bridge type water distributor.The test results show that the pressure-retaining effect of this kind of water distributor can meet the design requirements,and its advantage is that it can refine separate layer water injection and increase oil production.
