火车车轴车削加工表面质量问题分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Surface Quality Problems in Turning of Train Axles

在大量调研的基础上,对火车车轴零件在粗车、半精车、精车等三个车削工序中出现的主要表面质量问题进行了分析,提出了针对产生质量缺陷的不同原因的对策,保证了火车车轴的车削质量,为后续磨削加工打下良好的基础。

On the basis of a large number of investigations,this paper analyzes the main surface quality problems of the train axle parts in the three turning processes of rough turning,semi-finishing turning and finishing turning,and puts forward some countermeasures for the different causes of the quality defects.This guarantees the turning quality of the train axle and lays a good foundation for the subsequent grinding.
