前车架柔性焊接夹具气路控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为实现前车架柔性焊接夹具执行机构顺序动作,采用纯气动控制形式,设计其控制系统,并给出控制系统原理回路图。设计的控制系统特点:柔性程度高,实现四种车型切换控制;实现防错,保证控制系统安全可靠;控制回路层次分明,保证焊接夹具各执行机构顺序动作准确;其设计为汽车分拼焊装夹具控制系统的设计提供参考。 In order to realize the sequential action of the mechanism of the flexible welding fixture for the front frame,the control system is designed in the form of pure pneumatic control,and the principle circuit diagram of the control system is given.The characteristics of the designed control system are as follows:high degree of flexibility,realizing the switch control of four kinds of vehicles,realizing error prevention,ensuring the safety and reliability of the control system,and making the control loop clear in order to ensure that the sequential actions of each executing mechanism of the welding fixture are accurate;The design provides a reference for the control system design of automobile assembly welding fixture.
