联轴部分对转轮自振频率计算结果的影响分析

摘要 本文以一个电厂结构为分析基础,选取了一个完整的转轮和不同轴身长度作为计算模型,计算出了转轮不同节径的自振频率。对计算结果和不同振型进行了分析,对转轮自振频率与激振频率的关系进行了分析,给出了设计时对转轮自振频率计算模型的选取及对计算结果的影响和取值方面的指导性意见,对结构优化调整转轮自振频率具有一定的指导意义。 In this paper, based on the structure of a power plant, a complete runner combined with different shaft body length is selected as the calculation model, and the natural frequency of different node mode of the runner is calculated. The calculation results and the different vibration modes are analyzed, the relationship between the natural frequency of runner and excitation frequency are investigated. Guiding opinions are given for selection of the calculation model of the natural frequency of the runner and consideration of the influence on the result, to avoid ambiguities in reading values. It has a certain guiding significance for optimizing structure to adjust the natural frequency of the runner.
