The Lawmaking for Sexaul Equality of the Soviet Regime

男女平等,是指妇女在政治、经济、文化和家庭生活各个方面全面享有与男子平等的权利,承担平等的义务。但是,这种平等并不是自古就有的。在苏维埃政权下,中国共产党把保障妇女与男子享有平等的权利作为一项重要工作,在宪法及各种法律文件中加以确认,并且取得了很好的效果。

The Sexaul Equality means that women enjoy the equal rights and assume the equal obligations in politics,economics,culture,and family as men.But,equality between men and women is inaccessible in ancient times.Under the Soviet sovereignty,Communist Party of China wrote the magnificent words of the equality between men and women into the constitution and other law documents,ensuring the equality between men and women in enjoying rights as the basic content of the law system.By doing these,great success was achieved.The paper is aiming at exploring the concrete contents of the equality between men and women in the light of the law materials issued by CPC in the regions under the Soviet sovereignty at that time.
