英语专业学生思辨能力现状调查研究——基于写作教学角度

Study on the current situation of critical thinking ability among English majors——Based on perspective of writing teaching

语言知识技能的学习很大程度上依赖于学生的思辨能力,学生的写作能力水平最能体现其思辨能力,然而现今大学生的思辨能力缺失现象较为普遍。为全面了解英语专业学生思辨能力缺失的具体表现及原因,文章从写作教学的角度对英语专业的学生和教师进行调查,发现英语专业学生思辩能力是可以培养的,建议在语言写作教学中教师应改变传统的教学观念,注重培养学生的思辨能力,这样可以全面提高英语专业学生的综合能力素质。

The lack of critical thinking ability of English majors has attracted much attention in foreign language education.The study of language knowledge and skills depends largely on the improvement of students’critical thinking ability,and students’ critical thinking ability can be best reflected in their writing ability.Based on the perspective of writing teaching,this paper investigates English majors and teachers to comprehensively understand and analyze?the specific manifestations and causes of the lack of critical thinking ability among English majors.In addition,it is proposed that teachers should change the traditional teaching philosophy,and pay attention to the cultivation of students’critical thinking ability.Then English majors’ thinking ability and comprehensive quality can be fully improved.
