摘要
方法:ICP-MS法测定山药中无机元素的组成及含量,用SPSS18.0对数据进行相关性分析。结果:共检测17种无机元素,各无机元素检出限为0.00004~0.016mg/kg,线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9993~0.9999范围内,加标回收率在95%~105%,测定结果准确。结论:本研究为食药两用山药营养及保健价值提供一定的数据支撑。
Methods:Microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry determination of the composition and the content of inorganic elements in Chinese yam and analyzed by SPSS18.0 software.Results:Altogether 17 kinds of inorganic elements were detected.The detection limit is 0.00004~0.016mg/kg,and the correlation coefficient of each standard curve is between 0.9993 and 0.9999 with good linear,and the recovery rate of each sample is between 95% and 105%,which means the determination results are correct and reliable.Conclusion:This study for a drug dual use yam provide certain data to support the nutrition and health value.
