A Research on Strengthening the Construction of Urban Mobile Talents Party Organization in Guangxi

进入新时代以来,加强对流动党员的管理与教育,充分发挥流动党员的作用,日益成为当前党建研究中一个重大而紧迫的课题。通过实地调查研究得到的关于城市流动人才党员及党支部建设过程中存在弱化、虚化、边缘化(简称"三化")问题的数据进行分析,提出解决城市流动人才党员及党支部"三化"问题的对策:要以党的十九大精神和相关党规党纪为引领,强化组织能力,压紧压实全面从严治党的主体责任、健全组织体系、完善互联网+党建的针对性和实效性、创新培训教育内容和方式、加强对党员的关怀与帮扶机制、稳妥有序开展不合格党员的组织处置工作等措施,以此更好地增强流动人才党组织的凝聚力和战斗力。

Strengthening the management and education of floating party members and giving full play to the role of floating party members has become an important and urgent issue in the study of party construction.Based on the data obtained from the field investigation,this paper analyzes the problems of weakening,virtualizing and marginalizing the members and branches of the urban floating talents.We should take the spirit of the 19 thNational Congress of the Party and the relevant Party rules and discipline as the guide,focus on improving organizational strength,and strengthen organizational capabilities.It is necessary to do the following tasks:to implement the Party’s principal responsibility,to improve the organization system,to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the Internet + Party building,to innovate the content and methods of training and education,to strengthen the care and support mechanism for party members,and to carry out the organization and disposal work of unqualified party members in a prudent and orderly manner.
