应用型人才培养视角下的高校英语差异化教学改革 被引量:2

摘要 经济全球化进程呼唤更多的精通英语的应用型人才,高校人才培养正面临一个经济大发展和行业大发展进程中的机遇期,人才培养向应用型转变,课程教学向差异化转变,培养语言技能过硬的应用型人才已经成为高校教学实践的重要课题。本文通过分析目前应用型人才培养的紧迫性,针对高校英语教学存在的问题及改革动力,探讨了英语差异化教学改革的措施和方向。首先,要认清应用型人才对语言能力的新要求,实行学生预置性学习。其次,要认清目前英语教学模式不足,实行教学层次化改革。最后,通过差异化教学,实现英语教学改革与人才培养的良性互动。 China's colleges and universities are now shifting the focus of their teaching program on cultivating talent who has practical know-how and is proficient in English to meet the needs of the economic globalization and Belt and Road Initiative.This paper proposes some measures on college English streaming teaching based on the analysis of the existing problems.Firstly,we should assign preliminary tasks for the students before class;secondly,we should adopt streaming teaching in the class;finally,by streaming teaching,the reform of college English teaching interacts with talent cultivation.
