摘要
为了填补现有旅游业领域有轨蒸汽动力小火车动力系统设计上的不足,提出了一种具有广泛适用性的复古有轨蒸汽小火车的节能环保动力系统。该蒸汽动力小火车动力系统可以使用种类更多的可燃物作为燃料,具有广泛适用性;节能系统充分利用封闭结构的反应炉结合燃烧室内负压设计实现燃料反应后产生的一氧化碳二次燃烧,实现热能效率使用最大化和污染物的零排放;同时利用水箱的水循环系统,充分实现热能利用,进一步达到了节能降耗的功能。
In order to fill the deficiency of power system design of small steam train in the field of tourism,an energy-saving and environmental protection power system of small steam train with wide applicability was proposed.The power system of the steam train can use a wide range of combustible materials as fuel,has a wide range of applicability.The energy saving system makes full use of the closed reactor structure combined with the negative pressure design in the combustion chamber to realize the secondary combustion of carbon monoxide generated after fuel reaction,so as to maximize in-use of thermal efficiency and achieve zero emission of pollutants.At the same time,the water circulation system of the water tank was utilized to fully realize the utilization of heat energy and further achieve the energy-saving and consumption reduction.
