癌症病人述情障碍及内在力量的相关研究现状

Research on alexithymia and internal strength in cancer patients

癌症作为严重威胁生命健康的重大负性事件,其发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。癌症不仅损害病人的生理健康,还会给病人的精神和内在品质方面造成不同程度的影响,导致病人的述情障碍水平提升,其内在力量水平降低。本文在参阅多篇文献的基础上,综述了癌症病人述情障碍及内在力量的概念、评估工具及相关研究,为今后此类的文献和临床心理护理提供借鉴。

Cancer is a major negative event that seriously threatens life and health,the incidence and mortality of cancer are on the rise.Cancer not only damages the physical health of the patient,but also affects the mental and internal quality of the patient to different degrees,resulting in the elevation of the patient's alexithymia level and the decrease of his internal strength level.In this paper,the concept,evaluation tools and related research of alexithymia and intrinsic strength in cancer patients are reviewed on the basis of a number of literatures to provide references for future literature and clinical psychological care.
